Production Blog: Changes from Film Review
Hello Bloggers! As you may know we partnered up with my friend to make sure we could get the best sequence possible. My friend helped us go over many things that he saw. He pointed out the flaws and also the positives about our sequence. He saw that our sound design was a little off and that we need to work on it. So with that in mind me and my group got right into it with the improvement needed. We began by adjusting the volumes on the different shots to make them go together a lot smoother and to just improve the quality. One scene was crazy loud and then the next scene was very low which just made the transition sound terrible. The scene in the woods had very low dialogue so it made it hard to understand anything. Enzo put them into Cap Cut and had to mess with it until it was right. Cap Cut is an app we have used previously many times so we are now good at using it. I'm glad we got the experience because now we can do it without taking a long time. We then replaced the old shot with the new edited shot. After that the sequence had a way better rhythm. Next step we made was darkening the font on the sequence. This would help the aesthetic of the sequence. This was done to make the titles more appealing and blend in better with the sequence. This part of the process went very smoothly as the group worked together very nicely. We made another huge step into finishing our final task. But that is it for today, see ya later bloggers
