Production Blog: Foundations for My Music Video

Hey bloggers today  I started the production of my music video. Very excited and nervous but hoping me and my group do well. To start it off our group got together to pick a song that would match with our story. After we picked the song I did some research on the song and other songs similar to it. I looked at other music videos for some inspiration. I looked at the different effects, camera angles, sound affects, and more. Doing this made me get some sort of a understanding of the standard my group would need to meet. Our next step was to figure out where we would be filming this video and of we are going to be at multiple locations. We also figured out a schedule so we could meet up and work on the video. We also went and figured out the props we would use in the scenes. We had to know where to get the props and see if they would fit in well. Then we started thinking about costumes for the roles people would play in the video. Then we discussed the more complicated things. We would brainstorm ideas of the story. We had to start getting good at editing for the video. We made sure to make some backup scenes just in case. We also discussed who would be recording for us and what device we would use to record. We wanted to use a good camera so we could make the quality of our project better to be watched.  Since we were planning to use a dog we also looked at outfits we would maybe buy for the dog. This process was very hard because there so many good ones to choose. Lastly we just talked about extra measures we would maybe have to make. Such as skipping an event to work on the project as it needs to be done with teamwork. After we figured that out we had smooth ideas about this project. But that is it for today, see ya later bloggers.
